ANDIVERA WALLCOVER
Hi I am Andi Vera
short for Andres Veranes,
,from Madrid, Spain. I have lived in New York City, in Paris, and now in New Paltz NY. Graduated from Brown University with a Studio Art degree, in 1985, studied Decorative Painting, with Leonard Pardon in NYC, also at the Finishing School in Long Island, and at the French Institute of Decorative Painting in Paris, France, 1991. Finally studied with Bradley Bender owner of the Danby Academy of Wallcover Installation, 2013.
Over the years I have worked as a :faux finisher, painter, plasterer, and wallpaper installer.

Having worked for a number of interior designers I have had the opportunity to research and master many techniques, including wall glazes and textured finishes, marbling, wood graining, stenciling, Venetian Plaster, as well as Wall paper hanging, and skim coating. Each new job has presented new challenges over along an ever climbing learning curve. I currently reside in New Paltz, in Ulster County, NY.
